1 Organization & groups
-
/settingsOpens the linked group's settings. -
/linkLinks the group to an organization, or unlinks it. -
/organizationShows the organization card in the group (also /org and /community). Non-members get a reply only they can see, with the name and, when the door is open, the «🚪 Join the organization» button. -
/eventsThe organization's events agenda in this group (also /calendar). -
/shiftsWho's on shift today and tomorrow (in a department group, only that department). -
/shiftsweekThe whole week of shifts, read-only (in a department group, only that department). -
/add @userAdds the people you name to the organization, also as a reply to one of their messages (requires «Manage members»). Anyone who was banned is unbanned, and the summary lists them separately. -
/kick @userRemoves and bans a member from the organization, after a confirmation (requires «Manage members»). Also works as a reply to one of their messages. -
/notmembersLists the people the bot has seen in the group who aren't organization members yet, visible only to you (requires «Manage members»). These are the people seen, not every member of the group.
2 AI assistant
-
/askIn groups: ask Tavora AI a question — it answers about how the bot works and about the Library documents the group can read. -
/aitaskIn groups: the Task AI for staff and department managers. Write your request after the command — it works on the tasks the group can see (in a department group, only that department; in a group without a department, in an organization with departments, only the general area, and there it answers only staff), answers in the group, and confirmations arrive in private chat. -
/aistaffStaff only (founder/admin): the Member Management AI. Write your request after the command — works in groups and in private chat (alias /gestione); in groups, answers with confidential member data arrive in private chat.
3 Proposals & voting
-
/proposal IDShows a proposal in the group and lets you start the vote. -
/agenda IDShows a Meeting Agenda and starts multi-item voting. -
/detail IDShows details of a proposal or agenda. -
/votes IDVote summary of a proposal (requires «Manage proposals»): a table per group with who voted, including groups unlinked later; with a secret vote, never the choice. In the group only you see it; it also works in private chat. -
/cancel IDCancels the vote of a proposal or agenda in this group (managers only). -
/poll«Quick question»: a short question voted on right in the group. After the command write the question and 2 to 10 options, separated by | or one per line; then choose anonymous or public and when it closes. Requires «Create proposals» or «Manage proposals».
