Proposal archive

Everything that's been proposed remains browsable. Filters by status, type, period. ZIP export with verifiable PDFs: your own proposals always, the whole organization's with the permission.

1My proposals

Every user finds the proposals they've created in 📂 My proposals, inside the organization's 📮 Service desk. Available filters:

  • Type — single proposals or agenda items
  • Status — approved, rejected, voting, tie, published
  • Period — last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or all

2Organization proposals

Anyone with the Manage proposals permission opens, from ⚙️ Management → 📑 Organization proposals, the archive of all the organization's proposals, not just their own. Same filters (type, status, period), plus search.

Regular Members only see their own proposals. Founder and Admin always see everything.

3Hidden proposals

If you no longer want to see one of your proposals in your personal list (without deleting it from the organization), you can hide it: from its card in private, press 🧹 Hide from my list and confirm with ✅ Yes, hide.

You find them again in 📂 My proposals → 🧹 Hidden proposals. The list is per organization: from an organization's My proposals you only see that organization's hidden proposals, while in the all-organizations view each row says which organization it belongs to. Hidden proposals of an organization you left (or were banned from) no longer appear.

  • Restore — tap a proposal's number (it gets a ✅), then 🔄 Restore (N)
  • Bulk restore — ✅ Select page, then 🔄 Restore (N)
  • Search — 🔍 Search for a hidden proposal by ID or part of the title; the 📂 next to each row opens the proposal
Hiding a proposal is personal only: other members continue to see it normally in their list.

4Find a proposal

The search function allows queries by:

  • Numeric ID of the proposal (e.g. 42)
  • Title text — partial match, case-insensitive
  • Specific agenda items — format 12.1 for item 1 of agenda #12

You search with 🔍 Search by ID/title: from 📂 My proposals among your own, from 📑 Organization proposals among all the organization's (founder, admin and anyone with Manage proposals). The button only appears when there is at least one proposal.

5ZIP / PDF export

Everyone can export their own proposals from 📂 My proposals → 📦 Export ZIP. For the whole organization's you need the Export data permission (founder and admin already have it): the 📦 Export ZIP button is inside 📑 Organization proposals, and anyone with Export data but without Manage proposals finds 📦 Export proposals in ⚙️ Management instead.

The bot shows which numbers exist: write an ID (4) or a range (1-10), at most 10 proposals at a time. The ZIP contains:

  • One PDF per proposal with full details (title, description, per-group outcomes, comments)
  • An attachments folder with the original media
  • A verification code at the end of every PDF: whoever receives the file sends it as is to the bot in a private chat and finds out whether it is authentic or has been modified (a single changed byte is enough)

Useful for archiving official minutes, presenting resolutions to an external assembly, or preserving a season's documentation.
