My space

Beyond organizations, everyone is entitled to their own private space: agenda, to-dos, notes and an AI assistant — inside Telegram, just for you. It's not a community in disguise: there are no members, roles or votes in here, because it's only you.

1What it is

Open the bot with /start and tap 🏠 My space. The first time you'll find an intro screen with a button to create it: one tap and you're in, no procedures.

  • You get one only each, and it doesn't count towards the limit of organizations you can create or belong to.
  • Nobody else can get in: it doesn't show up in any list, statistic or search.
  • No groups are connected and nobody gets invited: it's a place of your own, full stop.
You can have both: your organizations and your space, switching between them with a tap from the /start menu.

2To-dos

Your tasks without the bureaucracy: title, deadline, priority. No assignees, departments or reviews — they're all yours. The handy parts stay: checklists, notes, attachments, private reminders, repeatable tasks (the gym, watering the plants) and the archive of completed ones.

With 🏷 personal labels you group things however you like: “Home”, “University”, “Groceries”. Up to 10 labels, one per task, and the list can be filtered by label.

There are scheduled tasks too: a to-do that repeats — every so often the bot recreates it by itself. E.g. “Water the plants · every 2 weeks”.

3My agenda

A real calendar. The home view is the month grid: days are buttons, a dot marks the ones with something on (the button turns green; blue = today), and above it you get today and tomorrow at a glance.

  • Create an appointment in one line: “tomorrow 6:30pm Dentist” — “Dentist tomorrow 6:30pm” works too; from a day view, “6:30pm Drinks” is enough.
  • Week or month, your call: the “📆 Week / 🗓 Month” button switches the view, and your choice is remembered.
  • Automatic reminders: 24 hours before, 1 hour before and at the start.
  • It's all yours: your personal agenda stays separate from the organizations (you see the shifts in each one's calendar).
  • You can browse within ±24 months; for recurrences and attendance confirmations there are the organizations' Events.

4My notes

You save links, files and notes and organize them into collections, like a personal Library. The big one is sharing: every note and every collection has a 🔗 Sharing panel with:

  • a switch on/off — switched off, the link opens nothing for anyone, not even for those who already have it;
  • the link to send to anyone on Telegram: whoever opens it reads inside the bot without being a member of anything, and can save a copy to their own notes;
  • ♻️ Regenerate link if the old one has travelled too far (the old one dies instantly);
  • the counters: how many times it was opened and how many times saved.
Sharing always starts switched off: nothing goes public by mistake. And it only concerns the personal space, never the organizations' Library.

5My forms

You can create your own forms and publish them with a link to anyone on Telegram, anonymous or named.

  • Whoever opens the link first sees a transparency cover: who's asking, how many questions there are, whether it's anonymous or named, and how many people will read the answers.
  • 🤝 Who reviews with me: you invite up to 5 people to assess the answers alongside you; they can accept or decline, and you can revoke access whenever you want.
  • Whoever fills it in finds everything under 📥 Filled in by me, with the outcome once you publish it.
  • Limits: 500 answers per form (raisable up to 5,000; beyond that you need an organization).
  • Respondents are protected: they can report the form, withdraw their answers and block whoever created it.

6My assistant

Your personal AI assistant handles your to-dos (in bulk too: “mark all the grocery ones as done”), creates free reminders, recurring ones included (“remind me every Monday at 9 to check my email”), reads and reorganizes your agenda — creating, moving and deleting appointments — searches inside your notes and answers general questions as well.

Honest limits: 30 requests a day and 25 active reminders; deleting always asks for confirmation.

It's the same engine as the organizations' Task AI, but in the language of this place: no assignees or departments, plus reminders, agenda and notes. Separate memory: what you do here stays here.

7Take a tour (and the settings)

🎓 Take a tour is a guided path of missions to try the space out: create your first to-do, save your first note, have the assistant do something. Each mission ticks itself off as you complete it.

Under ⚙️ Settings you'll find rename, time zone and deleting the space.

8With organizations

The personal space and your organizations live side by side without touching: from the /start menu you move from one to the others, and nothing crosses the border — what you do on this side stays on this side. The shifts and commitments of each organization you'll find in its own calendar.

Everything else stays separate: personal tasks never land on any group board, notes never enter any Library, and your assistant doesn't talk to the organizations' AIs.
