Bot commands

Complete list of commands you can use in private chat with the bot and in linked groups. The commands themselves don't change with language — only the descriptions below do. Tap a command to see where and how it's used.

1 Community & groups

  • /settings Opens the linked group's settings.
  • /link Links or unlinks the group from a community.
  • /community Shows community info in the group.
  • /add @user Adds the group's members to the community (requires permission).
  • /kick @user Remove a member from the community.

2 Proposals & voting

  • /proposal ID Shows a proposal in the group and lets you start the vote.
  • /agenda ID Shows a Meeting Agenda and starts multi-item voting.
  • /detail ID Shows details of a proposal or agenda.
  • /votes ID Sends the vote summary in private chat (managers only).
  • /cancel ID Cancels the vote of a proposal or agenda in this group (managers only).

3 Tasks — Create

  • /newtask title Creates a task (options: !high @user DD/MM).
  • /totask Reply to a message to turn it into a task.
  • /board Interactive board with filters and quick actions.
  • /task N Details of a task (no number: your tasks).
  • /mytasks Shows tasks assigned to you.
  • /find query Search tasks by title or number.
  • /timeline Timeline view by due date.

4 Tasks — Actions

  • /done N Mark a task as complete.
  • /block N reason Block a task with a reason.
  • /unblock N Unblock a task.
  • /reopen N Reopens a task closed by mistake.
  • /delete N Delete a task (creator or managers).
  • /claim N Take ownership of a task.

5 Tasks — Edit

  • /assign N @user Assign task to one or more users.
  • /unassign N @user Remove assignees.
  • /due N DD/MM Set due date.
  • /note N text Add a note to a task.
  • /notes N View task notes.
  • /checklist N item1, item2 Add a checklist.

6 Utility

  • /start Main bot menu.
  • /help Full guide.
  • /commands Command list.
  • /chatid Shows the chat ID.
  • /myid Shows your Telegram ID (private chat only).

Commands are the same in every language of the bot — only the response interface changes. If you're unsure what a command does in practice, try it in private chat with the bot: every command without arguments shows inline help.
