2Creating a task
Create task → title → two routes: Create now (medium priority, no deadline) or Details for description, priority 🔴🟡🟢, deadline (quick presets or a typed date, with time too) and attachments. At every step you can go back without losing anything.
You can also create a task from the 🗓 Calendar: open a day → ➕ Add → the day is already set and you pick the time with buttons.
3The task card
Every task has its own card: title and number (#42), status (📭 open · ▶️ in progress · 🚧 blocked with a reason · ✅ completed), priority, deadline, assignees, checklist progress, notes and attachments.
Buttons follow status and permissions: take charge, complete, block/unblock, then notes, checklist, edit, assign, attachments, delete. Whoever created the task, and whoever is assigned to it, can always work on it.
4Board, timeline and views
- Board — sections with tables: “Overdue” always on top, then Open, In progress, In review and Blocked. Every row: number, priority, the full title, assignees, creator and progress; the reasons for the blocks, in full, underneath. Filters by status and priority, built-in Search, number buttons always in order.
- Timeline — ordered by deadline, in 14-day windows, with the “no deadline” tail.
- Workload (for managers) — load per member with a 🟢🟡🔴 traffic light, delays and blocks, a “🎯 Who's free” filter and a role filter.
- Live dashboard — a summary refreshed every 2 minutes: counters, organization index, upcoming deadlines, top of the week. You can send it to a group and pin it.
5Working on it
- Checklist — items ticked one by one (or in bulk), with the progress on the card.
- Notes — public or 🔒 private (only the author sees those), with formatting.
- Stopwatch — on a task in progress: start, check, stop. The time stays on the card.
- ⏰ Personal reminders — 1 day before, at the deadline, 24h after, or a date of your choosing. Only you get them.
6Repeatable, scheduled, review
- Repeatable task — a task that stays open and racks up completions (e.g. “weekly cleaning”): each time it's completed, it counts and stays there.
- 📅 Scheduled tasks — a task that repeats: every so often the bot creates a new one by itself (“every Monday at 9: cash check”). They can be paused and resumed; deleting one doesn't touch the tasks already born from it.
- Review — if the area uses it, a completed task goes past whoever manages it first: they approve it or send it back with a reason.
- Visibility by role — a task can be visible only to certain roles (e.g. the Coordinators only).
7Statistics
- My stats — assigned, completed, overdue, average time, punctuality.
- Weekly ranking — who completed the most in the last 7 days, 🥇🥈🥉.
- Organization index — a 0–100 score weighing deadlines met, completions, speed and assignments.

9Settings
For whoever manages the area. Three levers, plus your personal notifications:
- 📡 Feed in the groups — 📌 key events only · 📢 everything · 🔇 nothing.
- 🚨 Deadline alerts — escalating alerts on overdue tasks, with the first-alert threshold of your choosing. They land in the area's groups, never in DMs.
- 📰 Digest — a periodic summary in the groups, with frequency and time of your choosing. On days with no news it simply doesn't go out.
- Personal notifications — for YOUR tasks in private: a morning digest, immediate on every event, or off.
With departments, each area has its own settings.
