1What they are
Community menu → 📋 Forms, visible to everyone. With at least one form open the button turns green and shows how many there are. They're created by the founder, the admins and whoever has “Manage Forms”; members answer.
2Creating one
➕ New form: title, then the questions one at a time — each one required or optional. While it's a draft you can change everything: types, options, order.
- Sections — group questions by topic (“Details”, “Preferences”), with an optional introduction per section.
- Conditional jumps — you attach a jump to an option: whoever answers “No” skips the questions that don't concern them. Forward only, so the path always stays clear.
3Question types
Eight types, mixable within the same form: single choice, multiple choice, yes/no, 1-5 scale, short text, long text, number, file/attachment.
4The settings
- Who can answer — all members, or only certain roles.
- Anonymous — for honest answers, not tied to the name; still one answer per person.
- Register mode — the same person can fill it in several times, each submission a row: sign-ups, recurring reports.
- Deadline and answer cap — it closes by itself at the time or the number you set.
- Introduction and thank-you message — the first and the last thing the member reads.
5How you answer
The member opens a 🟢 Open form and answers question by question, in a few taps. Before submitting they can go back and correct; optional questions can be skipped, required ones can't.
6Results and scores
- Aggregates already worked out: percentages and bars for choices, averages for scales, the list of free-text answers.
- Assessments on open answers (Eligible, Top, To review…) — handy for applications and selections.
- 📊 Scored mode: choice questions are marked automatically, open ones you score by hand, every answer gets its total (“27/40”) and there's a 🏆 leaderboard — ideal for quizzes and tests.
- 🤖 Marking with the AI: the Forms AI marks the answers too — the closed ones by itself, the open ones with the criteria you give it (“accept synonyms”, “the exact date is required”) — and you confirm before the points become final.
- Export: a tidy PDF and a CSV (one row per respondent). In anonymous forms the identity simply isn't there.
7Sharing and notifying
- 🔗 Link — to paste wherever you like: whoever opens it fills it in privately with the bot, with all the restrictions still on.
- 📢 Send to the groups — a card with the “Answer” button in the groups you pick.
- 🔔 Notify who can fill it in — a private message to those entitled.
You can customize the message (with a photo or video too); the sending runs in the background and respects Telegram's limits.
8States, archive, duplicate
The life cycle: 📝 Draft → 🟢 Open → 🔒 Closed → 📦 Archived. The results always stay readable; in the Archive you search by title and filter by date.
📋 Duplicate creates a new draft with the questions and settings ready (without the old answers): perfect for the monthly feedback or each year's applications.
